Each week you will receive audios to assist with your practice between sessions.
During each 1 hour session, we will spend time breathing, stretching, meditating, chatting some, and will for sure leave space to luxuriate in the gorgeous and restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. (You basically build a snuggle nest and I progressively guide your heart, mind, and body into deep relaxation so you can connect with your inner knower.. but more about that later!)
This series is an opportunity for you to learn new meditation techniques and immerse yourself in a 4-week period of holding sacred space for transformation, building inspiration, and empowering both yourself and others in Sacred community.
Nervous you’ll miss a class!? That’s ok because ALL sessions will be recorded and available to watch for 10 days post class.
Please Calendar 75 minutes for each session. I tend to go over and it will give you time to integrate a bit before reentry into the rest of life.
