This series is an opportunity for you to truly recharge while immersing yourself in a 4-week period of connecting inward, building inspiration, and igniting your connection with what you find Sacred.


We will spend a portion of each class connecting with the breath, exploring the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, and meditating. 


My intention is to utilize each 1 hour session to experience how these practices can become sacred allies in this wild adventure called life. 
 

Chatting will be kept to a minimum with the desire to focus on your experience with these supportive + empowering practices.

  • Connecting with Your Meditation Seat/ Shape
  • Pranayama (Breath practices) to Prepare for Yoga Nidra + Meditation
  • Your relationship with deep rest + making space for you to recharge
  • Your relationship to your mind, body, and Spirit
  • Cultivating space to connect with your inner world and tend to it with Sacred awareness


Each week you will receive audios to assist with your practice between sessions.

Please Calendar 75 minutes for each session. I tend to go over and it will give you time to integrate a bit before reentry into the rest of life.
